Nick and Ashley are two of the most genuine and joyful people you’ll ever meet. Their love for each other is contagious and full of joy, and their wedding day was the perfect display of it. Having both been a part of bridal parties at weddings we’ve captured in the past, it felt like we were long-time friends by the time they reached out to us to document their own special day. We knew from the start that their wedding would be one to remember!

 

Nick and Ashley got ready in separate locations, with Nick at his childhood home surrounded by his family and groomsmen, and Ashley at the Hyatt Regency in Coral Gables with her closest friends. The energy was building as the day unfolded, and when it came time for their ceremony, it was nothing short of emotional.

 

They exchanged vows at St. Hugh’s Catholic Church, where the beautiful stained-glass windows created a stunning backdrop as Ashley walked down the aisle. Nick’s expression when he saw her for the first time in her wedding dress was a moment we’ll never forget—it was a reaction so pure. 

 

For their reception, they headed to the historic Douglass Entrance, a venue with roots dating back to 1927. The timeless architecture and grand staircase made for a breathtaking reception venue. All night long, the dance floor was packed with friends and family, all celebrating Nick and Ashley’s love. The joy and laughter filled the room, and the night was topped off by an unforgettable surprise: Stanley the Panther, the mascot for the Florida Panthers, made a surprise appearance! Ashley had secretly arranged for Stanley to surprise Nick, the Florida Panther’s number one fan! It was the perfect way to end an already unforgettable day.
