James and Maria wanted to capture something different for their engagement session. They wanted a location with lots of greenery, but also a vibe that felt like it wasn’t anywhere in Miami. We found just that at VistaView Park and Tree Tops Park. Both locations were just a short drive from each other, allowing us to go to multiple locations during our time together. 

 

VistaView is unlike anything in South Florida, with hills that stretch beyond the eye can see. The change of elevation allows for some spontaneous chases up and down the hill! TreeTops Park, only a few minutes away, offers something completely different. As the name suggests, it is full of large overarching trees, a giant tree house, and a lake that feels ripped from the pages of The Notebook.

 

James and Maria wanted their session to be less about posing and more about us being observers. Almost as if we were third wheeling! Our time together was full of playful laughter across clear blue skies.
