Shooting an engagement session at Vizcaya is one of our favorite things to do. It’s such a stunning location offering a combination of greenery with their gardens, and classic craftsmanship in their architecture. It’s a venue unlike any other in Miami. When you walk through Vizcaya, you really feel as if you’ve been transported to a different hemisphere and landed at a European estate. 

 

Andrea and Steffano decided to have their engagement session at Vizcaya and we knew it was going to be a good one! On our consult call, Andrea mentioned rough experiences with other photographers in the past. We wanted to approach their session with an emphasis on making both Andrea and Steffano comfortable on camera, and that starts with having them be comfortable with us! 

 

As wedding and engagement photographers in Miami, we always strive to make sure our couples don’t feel the pressure of having a camera on them during such intimate moments. Establishing relationships with each other and having the time together on an engagement shoot is the easiest way to capture a couple authentically! 

 

We always joke around with our couples that when you love each other, it easily shows on camera. I think it’s safe to say that after an engagement session at Vizcaya with Andrea and Steffano, that their love is clear!
